 Welcome to PCOS Local!!!.

This webpage has been created to offer anyone friendly advice and tips that will help you to deal with PCOS and related health issues on a day to day basis. At PCOS local we understand your needs and how it feels to have various obstacles thrown in your path. If it wasn't enough trouble being a woman in the first place!.

Well a bit about myself first.

I am Hayley and I live in a busy city in England. I was diagnosed with PCOS last year, on the off chance. I have never had regular periods my whole life. They were either non existant or too constant. Always extremely painful and well ...like niagra falls. Awful image, but that is just how it is ladies. In this event, i had had a period constant for 6 months solid. Well as you know this is an expensive affair. I was taken into hospital with a chest infection, and i told the doctors about my period. I had a scan and was diagnosed. The doctor told me, well it was like another language to me, so he sketched me a nice pretty picture of my ovaries to make me understand more. Tired of my mood swings, my manic behaviour and my crazy bodily ways, i have devised this fabulous web page for ordinary average janes who either suffer from or want to know more about PCOS ( Polycystic ovarian syndrome).

So consider us at PCOS local as your friend, and browse our pages, and knowledge bank, leave comments, and feedback, and it is a community so help each other out. If like me, you are tired of searching the internet for answers, for help and support, then this is the place for you! I hope you enjoy.

The left tabs offer links for you to click on and surf. From info pages, to guestbooks, and forums. Please take the time to browse.
